Sorry about the long, slow-loading CES posts
Had a choice between this way and the 1-post-per-room way and, well, decided to do it this way for this show.
Because this blog currently shows 10 posts on the front page, I am going to try and add 9 small posts before I add the next humongous photo post (for floor 30 at the Venetian) [after that post, we will only have a little more of the Flamingo to do]. The idea is that this way everybody won’t have to sit through the loading of TWO of these long posts on the same page.
Mike,
While I appreciate the pictorial coverage of the show, what I really look forward to is your narrative. I want to know what worked and to a lesser extent what did not and what you would have changed.
Best, Fred
Hi Fred,
Yeah, I really only put the photos up for completeness and because nobody else really shows everybody who was at the show [Dave and Carol are covering less and less, and I have no idea how Stereophile chooses what to cover and the rest, well, they are kind of sparse] except Audiogon, and the ability to just scroll through the entire 200 rooms of the show here is a little easier than clicking around a bunch over there, I think [in a perfect world I would link my photos for each room to their dedicated page for each room] .
Take care,
-Mike
