How did the perfect8 sound and not sure if you have heard the MKII in comparison? Were they as good or better than previous models?
I heard them at CES a couple years ago and was blown away.

We’ve heard the Perfect8 numerous times and agree they are worthy of serious consideration.
Not sure if our German friend heard them at CES or not – probably did but it would have been a few years ago.
They do seem to be updating their speakers every CES or so, but the sound has been largely driven by the associated gear that they use [as it should be, but it sure makes it harder to talk about how the speakers sound in isolation unless you know that associated gear well].
