Martin Logan showed off their new CLX loudspeakers on Ayre
electronics.
The bass was decent [we don't mind electrostatic
bass]. The midrange was kind of like rounded square waves, i.e.
not very organic. There wasn't as much finesse and delicacy we
usually want to hear with electrostatics.
Even so, this was the best sound of T.H.E. Show.

We've given the PHC room best-of-show at least once at previous
CEDIA T.H.E. Shows - but this year they had way too much bass and
it was indistinct with few details.
