I think when audiophile’s complain that CES is not ‘audiophile friendly’ enough for their tastes, they are referring to rooms like this.

I wonder if this room is made to demonstrate to dealers and distributors who are primarily interested in how things will look and sell in a store - and certainly many casual visitors to high-end audio stores stand while listening to various pieces of equipment.
