Hi there. For image batch file conversion/thumbnail conversion use IRFANVIEW. It should do what you want and works very well for me.

I second Guy’s opinion of the Black Swans, the sound was very nice in that room at the end of the show when I finally got to them, there was a classical piece playing on the Marantz and it sounded warm, quiet with a large soundstage, good separation and a great sense of transparency and dynamics … impressive for the size of the room they were in.
