Hi Jason,

Not sure if you are associated with The LiveCentral - or just hired to post links like this on blogs on the net... but...

People, we are happy to hear about other Audio sites and you can post links to them and, hopefully, talk a little about what they do that is great and/or unique.

This particular site is a few months old and is a combination news, reviews, and a forum. A little lower end than our site here... but there is some interesting stuff - especially music-wise.

Thanks,
Mike.

OK, it looks like we ARE going to be able to squeeze in the DAC 0.1x. It might be a little smaller than it used to be [and it was pretty small to start with!]...

Take care,
Mike.

Hi Dave.

As far as we *know* it didn't make it. But you never know... maybe it'll get brought over on the plane.

We'll try and get the DAC in. We are trying to get us both and the equipment into one car now. You know how couples bitch each other out during long 12 hour trips like this? Well, one positive thing about it is that it does make the time go by a lot faster :-)

You're right, the room really isn't Over The Top - but it really isn't Peter's room, it is ours. Or perhaps more likely, Neli's and Peter's as I am going to be photographing the show[s] and I think Peter won't mind spending his time with Neli and the 'Almost Over The Top' system.

It is supposed to [50% chance] snow on Friday - so we are leaving a day early. And the shipment from the olde country just left customs today and is just being forwarded to the Las Vegas - arriving, we hope, Friday. As an emergency precaution, we are shipping it to a secondary shipper who is actually going to be open Saturday morning - the primary shipper is closed weekends [Las Vegas is not a real city?].

Oh, and the graciously donated M9 Phono [thanks Nick!] won't be there until Monday [and ours is still being built]. So we are bringing an old M1 we have as a 'stand-in'. Whatever, we need to try and run the system all weekend and get the speakers and amps broken in and warmed up.

Thanks, and see ya soon!

So yer sayin' the CD4.1x didn't make it? Rats. Rats, rats, rats. Don't forget to bring the USB baby DAC 0.1x!

The "Peter" room really isn't over the top for Audio Note - not Sogon speakers, not the Gaku-Ons . . . . ;-) Pretty firmly pressed up against the ceiling, though!

Hope the snow lays off for the next week in your neck of the woods!
