I reported it to Ebay, which, strangely, is not as easy as one would think. The grapevine says this is happening a lot more these days, including on Audiogon [it just gets caught a lot more quickly over there where everybody KNOWS what is what]. Funny, though, the plummeting dollar is making the scams from Europe and Asia look silly- their 'cut-rate' prices are often higher than the average 'used price' these days.
