Well… one thing I did learn from your post.

Which will probably sound completely irrelevant to you.
Either that, or you’ve heard it a thousand times.

That no matter how much I’d like to convince myself with that report that it’s not safe outside the city… trees fall, electricity can be cut for days, bears attack… I don’t buy my own reasoning.

…I still want a listening room like that.

( Please tell me, on a night with a full moon, does a faint halo engulf the speakers ? and please don’t wake me, it’s a city dweller’s dream… )

And to think we’d have some pretty landscapes over here too. I’ve got to save up a bit.

Oh but Steve, we were a tube-amplified shop at the time of the Event - so we were well within the speed limits. That tree looks like a solid-state casualty to me …

And yes, we had been warned - so we do fell lucky it fell thataway.
